Since being awarded the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) Ady-HV has been able to offer quality high voltage support to a number of projects in both the railway infrastructure and the London Underground. Services offered by Ady-HV include the following

Consultation

Ady-HV provides expert knowledge of the railway and LU HV systems and offers support with pre-tender surveys, assisting at the design stage within depth knowledge of existing systems and new technology. Pre-work surveys also take place to identify any possible problems which may arise before civils handover.

HV Cable jointing

Jointing and repairing both XLPE and fluid-filled cables up to and including 66KV.

HV Cable Terminating

Terminating and repairing both XLPE and fluid-filled cables up to and including 66KV.

Supervisory and Fibre splicing

Jointing and terminating pilot cables associated with HV cables.

Modification

Cable end box conversions, design and install.

Maintenance & Testing

Fault locating, sheath testing, pressure testing and pilot testing. Cable route inspecting, non-intrusive sub-station inspections and joint bay refurbishment.
