HV cable jointing and terminations, BESS grid connection support
Project Overview
As part of EDF’s continued investment in battery energy storage systems (BESS), ADY-HV carried out cable jointing and termination works to enable connection of the site’s 33kV infrastructure to the local network. Works combined multiple jointing technologies to suit varying interface conditions.
Scope of Works
Delivery of heat shrink and pre-moulded 33kV terminations.
HV jointing completed in line with project QA and commissioning requirements.
Enabling grid-ready BESS integration for renewable energy storage.
Supporting battery storage rollouts and low-carbon infrastructure, ADY-HV delivers high-quality jointing and termination works on BESS and renewable energy sites across the UK.
